Bank Relationship Manager

Based at the bank branch, the Bank Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring and servicing retail banking clients, handling walk-in inquiries, and providing financial advisory on the bank's products and solutions, including insurance, investments, unit trust, and mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new retail banking clients through cold calling (leads provided), networking, and referrals.
• Attend to walk-in customers and address their banking inquiries and needs.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Provide financial advisory and offer wealth management solutions such as insurance, investment, unit trust, and mortgage.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with existing and potential clients to assess and meet their financial needs and objectives.
