Senior Finance Manager, Fiat/Payment Ops

• Play a key role in facilitating fiat transactions on a global scale
• Manage daily settlements, reconciliations, and solve payment‑related issues efficiently
• Collaborate with diverse professionals globally and contribute to the growth and success of our platform

• Manage customers’ fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange.
• Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
• Analyse and highlight exceptional items related to settlements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and banking partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings.
• Provide performance reports and analysis with metrics for assessing performance and improvements.
• Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment‑related activities.
• Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvement and automation.
• Support ad‑hoc requests from the operations team or cross‑functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably in cryptocurrency, banking, payment services, or fintech industries.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong prioritisation skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
