- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking / Financial Services.
- Strong domain expertise in Trade, Payments, Commercial Banking, or Investment Banking.
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and transaction life cycles.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Excellent experience in preparing BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, architects, and QA teams.
- Strong experience in SIT / UAT and defect management.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
