Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will oversee the planning and execution of all banquet events, ensuring every detail is perfect. You will work closely with guests to understand their vision and bring it to life with precision and flair. As a Banquet Operations Manager

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with guests, team members and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in relevant computer systems and applications.
• Demonstrates motivation, commitment and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills to improve performance.
• Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing operational requirements and perform a range of duties relevant to the role.
• Demonstrates teamwork and a collaborative approach in supporting colleagues and achieving team goals.
• Strong leadership, people management and training skills.
• Guest-focused, with the ability to deliver and consistently uphold high service standards.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, cost control, labour planning, beverage menu development, merchandising and basic financial or accounting processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strengths in people management, communication and planning.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage operational demands during busy periods.
• Willingness to work according to operational requirements, including shifts, weekends and public holidays where applicable.
