• Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,300 per month

Job Description:

1. Warehouse & Logistics Management

• Manage daily warehouse operations and work closely with the Purchasing and Sales/Shipping teams to ensure shipments are on time and accurate.

• Look for ways to improve warehouse efficiency, including better use of space, managing resources, and cutting costs.

2. Space & Resource Planning

• Plan and organize warehouse space to make sure it’s being used optimally.

• Ensure warehouse resources are allocated according to operational needs.

3. Housekeeping & Safety

• Set rules and make sure the warehouse stays clean, organized, and safe for staff.

• Maintain safety standards to improve space management and safety of workers.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and guide the warehouse team, making sure they follow best practices and meet expectations.

• Provide training and support to the team as needed.

5. Working with Other Teams

• Collaborate with the Purchasing and Sales/Shipping teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Assist in improving warehouse processes to meet the needs of the business.

6. Additional Responsibilities

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department head to support warehouse and logistics operations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the trading or distribution industry.

• Diploma or degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Distribution, or a related field

• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Must be comfortable in a hands-on, leadership role.

• More experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions with adjusted compensation based on expertise.
