This role focuses on landscape analysis, strategic partnerships, and policy formulation to enhance sustainable philanthropy through development of strategic initiatives.

• Drive the development and implementation of evidence-based philanthropic policies and strategies to strengthen Singapore's giving ecosystem.
• Develop, evaluate and execute strategies and strategic partnerships to strengthen the ecosystem for sustainable resourcing and giving.
• Support the formulation and execution of philanthropic-related policies that promote sustainable giving.

• Undertake environmental scanning and sectoral research to identify emerging trends and build competitive value propositions for Community Chest.
• Develop data-driven, competitive value propositions that strengthen Community Chest's market position.
• Formulate strategy and strategic initiatives to address structural issues in the sector/landscape.

• Develop comprehensive business analysis that transforms challenges into opportunities for growth.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to advance philanthropy efforts in Singapore.
• Draft policy papers on philanthropy-related issues.
• Create strategic messaging to position Community Chest as the choice philanthropic partner for the social service sector.
• Lead projects and assignments as and when needed.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details.
• Results‑driven self‑starter with proven ability to identify opportunities and drive projects to completion.

• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of social service/fundraising landscape will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in strategic planning or policy development.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Public sector experience will be an added advantage.
