Field Marketing Manager - BytePlus Thailand Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

• Join the Fast‑Growing Byte Plus Team – Byte Plus is one of the newer Business Units formed to serve global enterprise customers with our leading technology solutions.
• Develop the marketing plan for Singapore & Thailand and execute marketing campaigns and strategies in the field, promoting the brand, generating leads and driving conversion for sales.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from regional and global teams, including Sales, Product, Partnership and Marketing, to build effective marketing strategies using market research, customer insights and segment developments.
• Work with cross‑functional teams locally and globally to align pre/post event communications, marketing‑driven campaigns and promotion strategies.
• Create country/region‑tailored campaigns, including promotional materials, event planning and activations, and coordinate with local partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; analyze data to gain insights into customer behaviour, market dynamics and other factors influencing marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with vendors and local partners to create brand awareness and customer/prospect engagement through joint promotions, co‑branding and other collaborations.
• Plan and execute events and activations such as product launches, round tables, workshops, webinars and trade shows – coordinating logistics, managing vendors and ensuring smooth execution.
• Track and analyse campaign results using data analytics tools, measuring effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting execution accordingly. Complete post‑campaign and event reports timely and monitor lead progress with sales to drive conversion.
• Report campaign success to marketing leadership, Singapore & Thailand Sales leaders and senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

• Minimum 5 years of Field Marketing experience in Singapore & Thailand.
• Previous experience in PaaS/IaaS marketing, media and digital applications is preferred.
• Strong project management and execution skills (ability to hit the ground running).
• Proven ability to develop effective marketing plans and deliver measurable results.
• High fluency in oral and written Mandarin to collaborate with key stakeholders in Mandarin‑speaking markets.
• Self‑starter, strong problem‑solver, resilient, and extremely result‑oriented with an always‑can‑do attitude.
• Sound product knowledge of tech products.
• Exposure to GenAI solutions and related fields.
