Marketing Specialist – On (Singapore & Malaysia)

On is redefining performance running and premium sportswear — and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing presence across Singapore and Malaysia
. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager (based in Singapore) to execute campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives across both markets, ensuring strong local relevance and seamless execution.
You will play a hands-on, execution-focused role
, bringing On’s brand energy to life across retail touchpoints, community initiatives, events, and digital platforms in Singapore and Malaysia.
Support the rollout of regional and market-specific marketing campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia.
Execute marketing initiatives for retail stores, pop-ups, and wholesale partners in both markets.
Ensure all marketing materials (in-store, digital, events) align with On’s global brand guidelines and regional direction.
Support in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across Singapore and Malaysia.
Coordinate closely with store teams to ensure strong visual execution and brand storytelling
.Assist in planning and setting up events such as run clubs, community sessions, and brand activations
.
Support engagement with local running communities, studios, and partners in both markets.
Assist in managing influencers / KOLs for local collaborations and seeding activities.
Help build and strengthen On’s presence within the sports, wellness, and lifestyle scene in Singapore and Malaysia.
Support social media content creation
, including local content, stories, and event coverage.Assist in content planning for Singapore and Malaysia channels (where applicable).
Capture basic photos and videos during events and activations when required.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, malls, and partners across both markets to support execution.
Support budget tracking, timelines, and post-campaign reporting
.Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on progress, execution status, and outcomes.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, events, retail marketing, or communications
.Experience in sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or youth-focused brands is a strong advantage.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable being on the ground for events and activations across Singapore and Malaysia.
Strong coordination skills with high attention to detail.
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a Singapore-based manager
.Comfortable with social media, basic content creation, and on-site execution
.Passion for sports, wellness, community, or fashion is a plus.
Willingness to travel between Singapore and Malaysia when required.
