Join DKSH to shape and deliver the regional medical‑scientific strategy across the product lifecycle for Rare Diseases & Pain Management
. You’ll align country needs, mobilize cross‑functional teams, and convert scientific insights into actions that matter for patients, HCPs, and health systems.
- Own the regional medical plan end‑to‑end: plan, execute, and monitor medical activities across APAC, ensuring scientific integrity and country fit.
- Launch excellence & KPI governance: track and optimize medical launch KPIs, patient‑centric outcomes, and evidence plans.
- Evidence generation: lead Phase IV / post‑marketing and RWE initiatives in line with therapeutic priorities and budget.
- Medical education & advocacy: drive high‑impact scientific engagement and partnerships with medical experts, societies, and key institutions.
- Insight to action: synthesize medical/scientific insights to inform brand strategies, clinical content, and country activation.
- Compliance & collaboration: partner closely with Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial, and Country Medical to ensure ethical, compliant execution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs & clinical research, relevant therapy area experience preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of medical strategic lead experience in country. Cluster / Regional experience is essential
- Advanced life‑science degree (e.g.,
MD/MBBS, Pharm
D, PhD
, or equivalent) with strong Medical Affairs experience in APAC. - Therapeutic depth in Rare Diseases and/or Pain Management
; proven record driving medical launch KPIs
, evidence plans, and scientific engagement quality. - Hands‑on experience with Phase IV/RWE
, medical content development, and HCP/KOL engagement (societies, centers of excellence). - Skilled at turning data into decisions; clear communicator who influences across functions and countries.
- English fluency required;
Asian language proficiency (e.g., Thai, Malay/Bahasa, Mandarin) is an advantage. - Comfort operating in a matrix with regional travel.
