Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project cycle for custom furniture installations, from site measurement and confirmation to delivery and final handover.
- Coordinate and schedule installation teams, drivers, and deliveries to meet project timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Review drawings, measurements, and material lists to ensure accuracy before production and installation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check installation quality, and address on-site problems.
- Liaise with the factory, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials and components are ready on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and minimize wastage or rework.
- Handle post-installation follow-ups, including defect rectification and customer satisfaction checks.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure all work complies with site safety regulations and company standards.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in custom furniture, interior fit-out, or renovation.
- Strong understanding of furniture installation processes, measurements, and site coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage customers, installers, and suppliers.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and measurement plans.
- Proficient in basic computer tools (e.g., Excel, Whats App, email) for scheduling and reporting.
- Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
