As a Service Technician, you will be the face of the company, ensuring the continued reliability and safety of our automated entrance systems-including sliding doors, swing doors, and revolving doors-across Singapore's most iconic malls, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

• Maintenance & Inspection:
  Perform scheduled preventive maintenance service (PMS) on automatic door systems to ensure peak performance and safety compliance.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on-site and execute efficient repairs to minimize downtime for our clients.
• Emergency Support:
  Respond promptly to service calls and provide technical solutions for access control and automation issues.
• Upgrade & Modernization:
  Recommend and carry out equipment upgrades or part replacements for aging entrance systems.

• Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Experience with automatic doors or lifts is a significant plus.
• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical wiring, sensors, or mechanical drive systems.
• Ability to interact professionally with building managers and clients to explain technical issues.
• A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable traveling to different sites daily and working independently.
