Personal Banker​/Lead Customer Service Representative

Peoples Bank is seeking a Personal Banker/Lead Customer Service Representative to build lasting relationships with our community customers. In this on-site role, you will open and service accounts, handle daily transactions, and guide customers in using digital banking tools. You'll identify financial needs, recommend appropriate products and loans, and lead by example in delivering exceptional, relationship-based service. Responsibilities

• Open and service personal accounts, including checking, savings, and CDs
• Assist customers with digital banking, online and mobile tools
• Perform teller transactions accurately, including cash handling and deposits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and loans
• Lead daily customer service activities and support branch service standards
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and focus on retention
• Support local outreach and community banking initiatives
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with cross-selling personal and small business banking services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for account and loan activity
