Receive work assignments from Charge Nurse including assisting with medication pass, obtaining vital signs and blood glucose readings;
Stay current on resident care plans, review report sheets and new interventions at shift start;
Observe residents and note physical condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, etc.;
Act as leader and mentor to fellow team members
