AmBank is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support. You’ll resolve issues via remote tools, phone, or in person, assisting with Microsoft 365, business apps, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
You’ll work with teammates and other departments to triage tickets, communicate clearly, and deliver a smooth, positive user experience while supporting a Windows environment with Active Directory and Intune.
