Primary Responsibilities- Participates in daily production meetings.
- Maintain vendor records.
- Source Materials.
- Create/monitor POs.
- Own MRP planning parameters and execution.
- Manage suppliers (OTD, quality, lead times).
- Coordinate logistics and transportation.
- Drive root‑cause analysis for shortages/issues.
- Reviews inventory stock to identify slow moving and overstock items and develops action plans to reduce inventory.
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree (B.A)
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistic roles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
- APICS or other supply chain certifications preferred
- Travel requirements: up to 5%
