Technical Assistant, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Responsibilities

• Support project teams by organizing, documenting, and producing high-quality deliverables
• Enter data into various programs by cross-referencing materials for project design analysis
• Complete deliverable production by following standards and best practices under supervision
• Assemble documentation packages using data from various programs
• Understand and carry out processes required for diverse deliverables
• Work with leadership teams to identify ways to reduce waste in design processes
• Ensure work adheres to established standards and timelines

• High school diploma or associate degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical college
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Ability to accurately enter data into various programs and cross-reference materials
• Ability to follow standards and best practices with supervision
• Ability to use data from various programs to compile documentation packages
• Ability to understand and carry out several processes for diverse deliverables
• Travel required, generally not exceeding 5% of time
