Key Responsibilities- Assemble according to detailed instructions and quality standards, taking pride in doing the right thing every time
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and set the standard for reliability
- Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines—because we succeed as one team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects respect for people and our workplace
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
- Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements

Qualifications- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment

Requirements- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical
