LPN or TMA

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN or TMA to deliver hands-on clinical care in our faith-based, community health setting. This role includes obtaining vitals, administering medications, performing basic treatments, supporting chronic disease management, and documenting care in the EHR. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person, dignifying care, educate patients, and help reduce barriers to health for underserved neighbors in Atlanta through mission-driven, high-quality primary care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Collect vitals, histories, and perform basic assessments
• Support chronic disease management and patient education
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Assist with care coordination and referrals
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Support team-based, whole-person, faith-informed care
• Communicate with patients and families with dignity and respect
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical workflows
