Inside Sales Rep

Patterson is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to drive revenue across our dental and animal health wholesale portfolio. In this phone- and email-based role, you will manage an assigned book of business, build strong relationships with clinics and practices, and recommend products, equipment, and software solutions that enhance patient care and practice efficiency. You'll prepare quotes, process orders, and collaborate with field sales and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to dental and animal health customers to promote Patterson products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and software solutions
• Prepare quotes, process orders accurately, and ensure timely follow-up on open opportunities
• Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Use CRM tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance
• Meet or exceed sales targets, call metrics, and revenue goals within assigned territory or account list
• Stay current on product lines, promotions, and industry trends to effectively position Patterson offerings
