Safely operate the ammonia refrigeration system and related equipment following SOPs and safety procedures;
Diagnose system problems and perform repairs to maintain continuous operation;
Complete PM procedures and preventive maintenance on all refrigeration equipment;
Perform line opening procedures and start-ups/shutdowns of refrigeration systems as needed;
Train and supervise operators and ensure proper documentation and compliance
