• – Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• – Support unscheduled repairs to help minimize downtime
• – Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on production equipment
• – Read and learn to interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• – Help with equipment installations and facility updates
• – Contribute ideas for process improvement
• – Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas

• – Currently enrolled in or recently completed a community college or technical program (maintenance, industrial technology, mechatronics, etc.)
• – Strong willingness to learn and grow
• – Reliable, dependable, and eager to gain experience
• – Ability to read or willingness to learn to read schematics and manuals
• – Basic troubleshooting or mechanical aptitude (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical

• Climate-controlled (air-conditioned) facility
• Flexible, student-friendly environment
