Are you someone who likes figuring out how things work, fixing problems, and working with technology? As a Maintenance Technician III at Pella, you’ll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment and systems running at their best.

Every day brings a new challenge. You’ll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, work with automated equipment, and help improve the reliability of the machines that keep our operation moving. If you enjoy hand‑on work, problem-solving, and continuous learning, this could be a great fit.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify root causes
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Work with automated systems, PLCs, sensors, motors, and production equipment
• Partner with teammates across the plant to solve problems and improve processes
• Support multiple areas of the facility based on business needs
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments
• Ability to pass a pre-work vision screening
• Ability to pass a drug screening
