Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

Elite Executive Partners is seeking a full‑time Accountant for an expanding client.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Location:

On‑site | Manufacturing Facility

Pay will be based on experience.

Seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in month‑end close, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and billing accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, supporting operational teams, and improving accounting processes.

• Prepare and post month‑end journal entries
• Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Process customer invoices and deposits
• Analyze accounts receivable and provide reports to sales
• Assist with cash flow reporting and credit card expense tracking
• Support cost accounting activities
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Assist with accounting system and process improvements
• Support accounting team as needed

• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and basic cost accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
