HVAC Estimator​/Project Manager

• Providing estimates for HVAC Systems to customers.
• Assist with contract review for projects.
• Attend pre-construction meetings for projects and provide foreman and other departments information about projects.
• Assist in the Shop Drawing and Submittal Process.
• Assist with Purchasing and Releasing equipment.
• Attending project meetings.
• Communicating between field and office.
• Coordinate work between our trade and others.
• Provide Foreman with guidance on projects.
• Provide GC/Owner with scheduling information for our work.
• Assist with project billing.
• Manage projects to ensure they are profitable as well as give the customer the best product for their money.
• Coordinate between other departments in the company.
• Assist with Project Closeout (O&M Manuals, As-Builts, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
