What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers and promote the benefits of switching services
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proactive approach to customer interactions, with problem-solving skills to encourage commitments
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer service or sales within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Understanding of broadband, phone, and cable services
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
