- Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers and promote the benefits of switching services
- Proactive approach to customer interactions, with problem-solving skills to encourage commitments
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Experience in customer service or sales within the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Understanding of broadband, phone, and cable services
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
