Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services.

• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix paint based on formula.
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes for inbound inquiries as well as purchase quotes for vehicles considered for sale to PGW.
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service.
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads.
• May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent.

• Call Center Customer service experience
• Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish
• 2+ years of college

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer relations skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work under frequent interruptions
• Attention to detail

• Work is primarily sedentary: sit for extended periods, use computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.
• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
