IMKO and our local Siouxland Client, have an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This client has multiple businesses within their organization. The Customer Service Representative must be a self-starter/motivated, and focused.
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Greet guests as they enter their facility.
- Data Entry
- Assisting Customers with sales of awards, banners, signage, t shirts, jackets, polos and more.
- Answer questions, resolve customer concerns.
- Call Customer when orders are ready for pick up.
- Typing orders.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- Microsoft Word / Excel Skills/ Quick Books
- Customer Service skills
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills
Benefits Available and reviewed after 90 days.
Paid Breaks, Overtime available.
What you make as a Customer Service Representative:
Starting pay $14 -$15
The hours for the Customer Service Representative will be Mon-Fri 8a-5p with OT as needed.
