Job Summary:

Middle School Dual Language is taught using Spanish Language Arts curriculum. Candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English), and be able to read, write, listen, and speak in both languages.

Qualifications:

* Iowa Teacher Certification

* Spanish endorsement

* Bilingual (Spanish/English)

* Demonstrates effective teaching strategies

* Demonstrates competence in classroom management

* Ability to effectively communicate and teach social skills

* Experience teaching ELL/Immigrant students

* Creates classroom culture that supports learning of every students

* Aligns classroom assessment with instruction

* Experience with Differentiation of Instruction

* Highly skilled in use of technology for instruction

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Able to work on a team, serving a diverse student population
