Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant role at U.S. Bank. Build relationships with customers through in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels, providing the best possible counsel while maintaining a digital‑first mindset.
Responsibilities- Engage customers via multiple channels, assessing and addressing banking needs.
- Gather and process customer and account information.
- Educate clients on deposit and loan products and recommend solutions aligned with their goals.
- Conduct proactive outreach and follow‑up to build trust and understand financial needs.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Process basic transactions and service requests, including account openings and credit applications.
- Collaborate with branch team members to deliver an optimal client experience.
- Promote digital and self‑service products to meet customer needs.
- Leverage resources and technology to optimize experience and maintain operational excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–4 years of retail banking experience or related training.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
Z.
- Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Strong engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to assess needs and recommend appropriate products proactively.
- Experience in the financial services industry.

Pay Range$20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
