Overview
U.S. Bank is looking for Business Banking Relationship Managers to support our business clients and help them achieve financial goals. The role involves advising clients on deposit and loan products and building strong, long‑term relationships.
Responsibilities- Build, develop, and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client‑centric solutions.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on clients’ unique goals and needs.
- Obtain and process client and account information.
- Assist clients with credit administration, analysis, and cash flow management.
- Work collaboratively across the organization to manage customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting; commercial credit training preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
- Broad knowledge of bank products and services to identify appropriate opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts.
