Relationship Banker

Central Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service. In this role, you will open and service accounts, process transactions, and proactively recommend banking, lending, and digital solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll educate clients on financial products, support problem resolution, and help deepen relationships through outreach and referrals. New team members receive structured onboarding, product and sales training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow across departments while contributing to community-focused initiatives.
