Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team at our Sioux City, IA location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving hotel revenue through sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, creating proposals, coordinating events, and ensuring that client needs are met with top-notch service. This is an on-site role that requires collaboration with the team and fostering a welcoming environment for both clients and guests.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, client relationship management, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in building positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of event planning and hospitality industry standards
  • Flexibility, goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the hospitality or conference services industry is a plus
