Lead the end-to-end coordination and on-time delivery of a bi‑annual Spring product launch across paid digital, PR, web, lifecycle/email, and content. You’ll drive plans, run meetings, manage timelines/dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned—without owning media buying, budget management, or hands‑on asset production.
What you’ll do- Own integrated project plans, timelines, risk/issue logs, and status.
- Coordinate a core team (~5) and a wider matrix (up to ~20) across Creative, Performance/Campaigns, Web, Lifecycle/CRM, Comms, Ops, Content, and Events.
- Ensure channel deliverables align to launch strategy, brand standards, and dates.
- Track dependencies, surface blockers, and keep leadership informed.
- Support post‑launch retros and process documentation.
- 6+ years in marketing project/campaign management or marketing ops.
- Proven success shipping complex, multi‑channel digital launches.
- Strong grasp of integrated workflows (creative development, media planning, digital production).
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with shifting priorities.
- Background in tech/SaaS or consumer digital products.
- Familiarity with agile methods; PMP or similar a plus.
Three 45‑minute conversations: initial screen, peer interview (covering day‑to‑day handoffs), and a final with marketing leadership.
