Liability Property Damage Adjuster - Hybrid

This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

.

• Investigate, estimate, negotiate, and settle third‑party property damage claims alongside a team of experienced adjusters.
• Participate in a training program, which includes on‑the‑job training, one‑on‑one mentoring, class time, self‑study, and testing.

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Success working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of auto repair terminology and the ability to read and evaluate repair estimates, NADA value guides, and other repair‑related materials is a plus but not necessary. We will train!

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and negotiation competency.
• Above‑average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with varying claim volume.
