Wendy's - 3805 Gordon Drive - Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and delegate opening and closing responsibilities and procedures.;
Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members.;
Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers, reconciling cash drawers, and verifying safe cash.;
Organize, oversee and supervise shifts by completing and executing the Daily Operations Plan.;
Maintain proper coverage via crew member schedules to ensure customer service standards and labor efficiency.
