This is a hands‑on leadership role with the opportunity to impact operations across the entire facility, ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, and GFSI standards.

In this environment, sanitation is more than cleaning — it’s about precision, allergen control, and supporting multiple customer product lines. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate ready to advance their career and join a growing food production operation.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Sanitation Program – Develop, implement, and oversee sanitation procedures that meet all regulatory, customer, and co‑manufacturing standards.
  • Ensure Allergen Control – Manage changeovers, validations, and documentation to protect against cross‑contamination and meet customer‑specific requirements.
  • Build & Develop the Team – Train, coach, and mentor sanitation staff in GMP, allergen management, food safety, and chemical handling.
  • Drive Compliance & Readiness – Oversee inspections, ATP swabbing, environmental monitoring, and ensure the facility is always audit‑ready.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally – Work closely with Plant, Quality, Maintenance, and Business Unit leaders to resolve sanitation issues and support production goals.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement new processes, tools, and technologies to enhance sanitation effectiveness and efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Leadership experience managing sanitation in food manufacturing, co‑manufacturing, or co‑packing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOPs, allergen management, and food safety standards (FDA, USDA, SQF, or BRC).
  • Hands‑on familiarity with sanitation chemicals, validation procedures, and environmental monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
  • A commitment to food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Why This Opportunity
  • High‑impact leadership role in a facility with diverse customer product lines.
  • Relocation support available for the right candidate ready to take on a career‑defining opportunity.
  • Work in a culture that values food safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
