** Principal Accountabilities:
*** Operate all equipment associated with the process, blowers, conditioners, extruders, cutters, dryers, grinders, packaging equipment, truck unload and load out and rail load out.
* Operate Extrusion & Flour Process Equipment
* Operate Fine Grind Truck Load out and Soy Flour Truck/Rail load out.
* Monitor/observe Extrusion Equipment and Fine Grind Truck lead-out.
* Monitor soy flake grinding and soy lecithin applications
* Ensure accurate information of scale weights and transactions are recorded daily.
* Collect and process flour mill and extrusion samples using various lab equipment to obtain and record values on a computer spreadsheet.
* Move packaged product using a forklift.
* Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Other duties as assigned.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Be 18 years or older
* Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
* Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
* Mechanical aptitude
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
* Prior experience in production related work
* Experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment
* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
* Working experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office, and Outlook
