As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical expertise to manage and provide care to patients in the ICU. Your role will include:

• Delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in status
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely in the EMR system (Cerner)
• Floating within the same discipline across local campuses as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU/Critical Care experience
• Active Iowa RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications
• Ability to work every third weekend
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
