Sioux City, Iowa (Travel assignment); also available in Rock Island, Illinois

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel RN for an Emergency Department assignment. The role involves delivering emergency care to patients in a fast‑paced hospital setting, supporting a diverse community with advanced emergency services. You will work 12‑hour days, totaling 36 hours per week, over a 13‑week travel contract, starting as soon as possible.

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in the ER, including assessment, rapid decision‑making, and effective communication.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.

• Current RN license (Illinois or a compact state accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (recommended).
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Strong assessment, rapid decision‑making, and communication skills.
