Job DescriptionA facility near Sioux City, Iowa is seeking a full-time, permanent, Nurse Manager to join their Emergency Department.

Responsibilities- The Nurse Manager, ED will oversee daily management and strategic planning of the patient care area to support optimal patient outcomes
- Provides staff leadership, manages resources responsibly, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
- The Nurse Manager, ED will monitor performance metrics, patient outcomes, and staff engagement to drive continuous improvement.
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- 2 years of emergency department experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP required up time of hire
