We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our endocrinology team. In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality care for patients with hormone and metabolic conditions, including diabetes and thyroid disorders. The RN will assist with patient exams and treatments while serving as a key resource for patient education and ongoing disease management support.
You will work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive timely, coordinated, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities- Assist providers during patient exams, procedures, and endocrine-related care visits.
- Room patients, obtain and document medical histories, vital signs, and enter accurate information into the electronic health record (EHR).
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of licensure, including diabetes-related therapies as applicable.
- Educate patients on endocrine conditions, medications, lifestyle management, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and patient care follow-up to support continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in accordance with infection control and clinic standards.
- Valid and current RN licensure in the state of Iowa (Registered Nurse (RN) – Iowa Board of Nursing)
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC a plus!
