The successful candidate must have:

• Current licensure in the state of IA.
• One to two years advanced clinical experience.
• Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

• Provide healthcare to a diverse patient population.
• Provide continuity of care to assigned patients.
• Provide care to patients assigned to other providers when needed.
• Be flexible in schedule.

• Education: Masters or better.

  Certifications:
  
  MANREP, PA, NP, BLS (preferred). Current IA licensure required.
• Experience: One to two years advanced clinical experience.
