Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiovascular healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care across acute, outpatient, and geriatric settings.

• Conduct physical exams and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions.
• Specialize in cardiovascular disease detection, evaluation, and treatment.
• Utilize electronic health records, with familiarity in eCW a plus.
• Engage in telehealth consultations to broaden patient access.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management and discharge planning.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements include a valid NP or PA license, experience in cardiology, proficiency in medical coding, and excellent communication skills.
