The successful candidate must have:

• Current licensure in the state of IA.
• One to two years advanced clinical experience.
• Current BCLS and mandatory reporter certification (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

General functions of the position:

• Provide healthcare to a diverse patient population.
• Provide continuity of care to assigned patients.
• Provide care to patients assigned to other providers when needed.
• Need to be flexible in schedule.
