Clinic Nurse-RN or LPN - Sioux Float Team - Clinics

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Monday to Friday (days required will vary).

• Provide nursing care in various clinical settings, including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, and outpatient services.
• Perform patient assessments, screenings, and health evaluations based on clinic protocols and provider orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive patient experience by delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care.

• Valid and current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Iowa
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC a plus
• Team members may be required to work at or to float to other locations to support optimized staffing
