American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring at least 2 years of experience, an active IA or compact RN license, and BLS certification.

• Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting
• Facilities range from Level 1 to Level 4 trauma centers depending on location
• Epic EMR is used at this facility

• Active IA RN license or compact RN license required; IL RN license also required for positions at IL facilities
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Heparin drip experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• One supervisory reference required for consideration
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility

• Candidates who have been employed by this health system within the past 12 months are not eligible
• Travelers are required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays:
  Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• RTO during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's holiday windows is limited to 1 day per window
