Travel PCU​/Stepdown Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Travel RN PCU – Progressive Care Unit assignment in Sioux City, Iowa. Duration: 13 weeks.

Start date:

08/03/2026.

• 12‑hour night shifts (36 hours per week).
• Provide nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
• Float to the Emergency Department (ED) as needed.

• At least 2 years of step‑down/PCU experience.
• First‑time traveler acceptable.
• Taxable address outside 50 miles of the facility (except Michigan with a 10% rate reduction if local).
• Valid state license in Iowa.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Driver’s license, work history/resume, skill checklist (within 1 year), license verification, copy of required certifications, and at least 1 supervisory reference.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
