Role
Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a stepdown unit setting, monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations to maintain optimal care.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a stepdown or similar acute care unit.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
