Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide and document skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the Sioux City area. This full-time role follows a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with travel to Sioux City and surrounding communities.
You will work under a Registered Nurse, performing hands-on care, educating patients and families, and coordinating with physicians. Active LPN licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license with insurance are required.
