UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's in Sioux City, IA is seeking a LPN or RN for Rehab. This full-time role is 36 hours/week with 12-hour shifts. Schedule features days from 7:00am to 7:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.
You will provide safe patient care under RN supervision, assist with the nursing process, monitor and report responses to the care plan, and perform tasks within the LPN scope of practice.
